Ready to ship pieces ship within 1-3 business days. Made to Order and Out of stock items are carefully made after you place your order (Contact us to order an out of stock item). Production times vary, so please contact us for an estimated timeline. We may also announce current timelines on our site's notification banner at the top of our page.  After a piece is completed, shipping times are as follows:

​RETURNS

If there is a discrepancy in your order please get in touch immediately. We will accept returns for the full item price for up to 3 days after delivery. If you change your mind about your order, we will accept a return within 3 days of delivery and will incur a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Jewelry must be new and unworn to receive a refund.
